This information shall be displayed on a water table contour <br /> map and/or ground water flow net for the site. <br /> SURFACE WATER MONITORING <br /> The North fork of South Little Johns Creek shall be sampled upstream and downstream <br /> of the waste management facility at the locations shown on Attachment "B" , which shall <br /> constitute the points of compliance for surface waters. Surface water samples shall <br /> be analyzed on a quarterly basis for the following: <br />
