FINDINGS : 0 `a�'/" y � <br /> A. This facility is a 180 acre Class II-2 sanitary landfill. The area <br /> method of operation is utilized. The facility is located at Austin <br /> Road approximately 3 miles south of MaripoVa Road, Stockton, Calif- <br /> ornia. The disposal site receives 605 ,796 cubic yards annually. The <br /> site is operated from 6 :30 A.M. to 4:30 P .M. , Monday through Friday. <br /> Types of wastes received at the site include : <br /> 1. Residential and commercial wastes . <br /> 2 . Tires . <br /> 3 . Construction/demolition wastes . <br /> 4. Septic tank pumpings and sewage sludge. <br /> 5 . Liquids/slurries . <br /> B. Land within 1 ,000 feet of the site is zoned as follows : <br /> 1. GA - General Agriculture. <br /> 2 . EA —Exclusive Agriculture. <br /> C. This facility is currently in substantial compliance with State <br /> Minimum Standards as determined by physical inspection made on <br /> October 11, 1977 . <br /> D. This facility' s current operations are not in conformance with the <br /> State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal in <br /> This permit is granted solely to the operator named above, and is not <br /> .transferable. Upon a change of operator, this permit is subject to <br /> revocation.
