The low permiability of the soils in this area should <br /> preclude any requirements for monitoring leaching methane gas . <br /> Phase I-B: development of Parcel B, which will take place in <br /> March of 1980 . This work will consist of constructing haul roads , <br /> developing water facilities, building restrooms , etc. Phase II-B: <br /> fill operations of Parcel B , beginning in August 1980 and completed <br /> in September 1988 . Phase III-B: site closure . The tentative <br /> plan for this parcel upon closure dXy.,Land far in&,-, The <br /> grading for a minimum of 1 . 5% slope necessary for farming will be <br /> provided-4-a-Phase II-B. The uniform plane of the landfill site <br /> is such that the grading plan is not necessary. The site when <br /> closed will conform to the attached cross-section drawing. No <br /> borrow area will be left after site closure. <br /> The portion of the site north of Little John Creek noted <br /> as inactive landfill area is not within the City limits of the <br /> City of Stockton. The condition of this area is such that exten- <br /> sive gradingwillbe necessary to provide the drainage required <br /> for agricultural uses .
