Design efficiency parameters must include transfer <br /> coefficients for worst case concentration of <br /> contaminant constituents, number of theoretical <br /> transfer units (TU) required to accomplish the desired <br /> removal, and any factors of safety employed in the <br /> design calculations. <br /> Other parameters which should be addressed in the <br /> design package are: <br /> a. Range of heights for theoretical TU's. <br /> b. Liquid to Air ratio - operating range <br /> c. Headloss range per TU for Air <br /> Item 4 a. Misspelled Crist <br /> b. The goal of CIWMB is to see milestone progress made <br /> toward eliminating LFG condensate return to the <br /> landfill by 1993 . <br /> c. I reiterated CIWMB position that the City of <br /> Stockton is ultimately responsible for the maintenance <br /> of a gas collection system which insures that the <br /> Austin Road landfill remain compliant with all <br /> applicable regulatory requirements. <br /> Timothy W.
