A composting operation at an existing
permitted solid waste facility may require a separate and
distinct solid waste facilities permit.
2. The Expanded Initial Study indicates that with no diversion,
the Austin Road Landfill has an expected closure date of 2006.
The November 1988 Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI)
indicates a closure date of 1996. Please clarify this
discrepancy.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this document.
