This information is vital to the 5 year permit review <br /> of the Austin Road Landfill . <br /> An amendment to the Report of Disposal Site Information is <br /> required. This amendment should include: <br /> 1 . An updated tonnage report on the amount of wastes received <br /> over the next 5 years . This should be written in terms of a <br /> daily peak tonnage . Include the conversion factor from <br /> cubic yards to tons . <br /> 2 . Submit documentation of a fire permit or an approval letter <br /> from the fire department. <br /> 3 . Report the status on the Falcon Energy project . <br /> 4 . Document that the remediation of the landfill' s ground water <br /> contamination is outlined in the landfill's water solid <br /> waste assessment test and verification plan. <br /> 5 . Report the change in the hours of operation (tree closure of <br /> Saturday operations) . <br /> 6 . The description of the recycling operation. Since the <br /> passage of AB 939 a "No recycling operation" is probably <br /> inappropriate. <br /> 7 .
