Evans, Area Engineer <br />California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br />Central Valley Region <br />3443 Routier Road <br />Sacramento, CA. 95827-3098 <br />AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL GROUNDWATER EXTRACTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM _= <br />Construction Up -date <br />The City of Stockton has awarded the Austin Road Landfill <br />Extraction and Treatment construction project to Russell <br />Mechanical, Inc., Rancho Cordova, CA. on May 24, 1993. <br />Contract was signed and fully executed on July 23, 1993, and a pre- <br />contruction conference with the contractor will be held on August <br />5, 1993 at 10 a.m. <br />As of this date, the Air Pollution Control District has not issued <br />a permit for this construction project. <br />Listed below is a revised timetable for the project: <br />August 16, 1993..... Submit shop drawings, start grading project <br />site. <br />October 18, 1993.... Complete construction and begin testing <br />equipment. <br />November 12, 1993 ...
