El ..• Street, •.•Il 317 <br />Stockton,•, • . <br />Dear Mr. iottonini: <br />Your proposed outfall structure for discharging treated <br />groundwater at the Austin Road Landfill into Littlejohns Creek <br />meets the terms and conditions of Nationwide Permit Number 12, <br />listed on the enclosed conditions sheet, with the exception of <br />State Water Quality Certification. <br />General Condition 9 of the sheet states that individual state <br />water quality certification must be obtained or waived. <br />Therefore, the proposed outfall structure is denied without <br />prejudice and cannot be authorized until either water quality <br />certification or a waiver is obtained.
