We are eager to have this permit expedited so <br />that we may proceed with the Corrective Action Plan mandated by the <br />State Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br />1. The construction contract is being awarded to Russell <br />Mechanical, Inc. 3251 Monier Circle Rancho Cordova, CA 95742. <br />Phone No. (916) 635-2522. Contact person: Mr. Tony Osborn. <br />2. The probable source of the VOC contamination in the groundwater <br />is Austin Road Landfill. <br />3. The present VOC concentration is represented on the attached <br />Exhibit "All as "Influent Range". <br />4. The VOC concentration which will end this project is also shown <br />on the attached Exhibit "All as "Effluent (Required)". <br />5. The estimated length of the project is 30 years or more. <br />6. Equipment Manufacturer and Model. <br />Air Stripper: Delta Cooling Tower AS4-150 Vanguard with <br />7.5 H.P. blower motor. <br />G.A.C. Air Purification System: Barnebey & Sutcliffe V-5000. <br />Scale Control System: Nor -Mac (Chem-Tainer) DC 500 #7400-550. <br />Duct Heater: Watlow <br />Submersible Pumps: Grundfos, PACO <br />(See Exhibit 11B11) . <br />7. The horsepower of the two (2) extraction well pumps are 7.5 and <br />20 H.P. and the blower fan is 7.5 H.P. <br />
