After bids have been solicited and <br />opened, the city Council will award a construction contract. <br />construction wi3.3 begin after this. <br />We are waiting to receive our State Reclamation Board before going <br />to the City Council for approval to call for bids. We expect to get <br />t1lis permit very soon.
