It appears that a mistake was made <br />regarding the actual tonnage received in the application for the 1983 five-year permit. In or <br />to correct this error or oversight made in the 1983 permit, the City, due to economic hardship <br />Date of Project Approval: is requesting a Categorical Exempt <br />from the CEQA requirement. <br />DETERMINATION/FINDING OF E}CEMeITON <br />The above described activity/project is exempt from the environmental assessment require- <br />ments of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the following <br />section(s) of the State CEQA Guidelines (Cal. Admin. Code Title 14): <br />The activity is not a "project" as defined in Section 15378.
