These materials included: <br />Preliminary Closure and Postclosure Plan, Austin Road Landfill <br />Expansion, (1 copies) dated February 1996. <br />Based on review for completeness, the Preliminary Plans are <br />deemed incomplete and NOT acceptable for filing. <br />The above noted plans can not be deemed complete until we receive <br />the following documents. <br />1. One (1) additional copy of the Plans. <br />2.
