Mr. Stephen Chen 4k <br />Austin Road Landfill <br />-2- 4 22 February 1995 <br />Since the City has not been able to fully implement its corrective action program and define the nature <br />and extent of the ground water pollutant plume or comply with monitoring requirements for discharge to <br />surface waters, we propose to adopt an enforcement order with milestones for completing these tasks. <br />Since we prefer to work with the City to develop acceptable milestones for completion of these tasks, <br />we request the City, by 1 April 1995, propose milestones for the various tasks needed to implement' <br />corrective action and define the extent of the pollutant plume. If we concur with these milestones we <br />may place them in an enforcement order.
