Monitoring Points <br />Monitoring Points (including background) for ground water detection monitoring and evaluation <br />monitoring shall be those listed in this Monitoring and Reporting Program and shown on <br />Attachment B. <br />Detection Monitoring: MW -2, MW -6, MW -7, MW -12, and MW -13 <br />Evaluation Monitoring: MW -1, MW -3, MW -4, MW -5, MW -8, MW -9, MW -10, and MW -11 <br />4. Points of Compliance <br />The Points of Compliance shall be those listed in this Monitoring and Reporting Program and <br />shown on Attachment B. <br />Ground Water: MW -1, MW -3, MW -4. MW -5, MW -6, MW -7, MW -8, MW -9, MW - <br />10, MW -11, MW -12, and MW -13 <br />S. Compliance Period <br />The Compliance period is the number of years equal to the active life of the MSWLF plus the <br />closure period. Each time the Water Quality Protection Standard is exceeded (i.e., a release is <br />discovered), the MSWLF begins a Compliance Period on the date the Board directs the Discharger <br />to begin an Evaluation Monitoring Program. If the Discharger's Corrective Action Program <br />(CAP) has not achieved compliance with the Standard by the scheduled end of the Compliance <br />Period, the Compliance Period is automatically extended until the MSWLF has been in continuous <br />compliance for at least three consecutive years. <br />The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the effective date of this Order. <br />Ordered by: <br />Attachments <br />SER/EAS:rev. 10 Aug 1994 <br />WILLIAM H.
