Box 1810 <br />Stockton, Ca. 95201 <br />RE: Austin Road Landfill <br />The Austin Road Landfill is in the process of submitting its solid <br />waste facility revised permit. The City of Stockton has applied <br />for a significant increase in the amount of solid waste handled at <br />its facility. The LEA must certify whether the Austin Road <br />Landfill is in conformance with the most recent county solid waste <br />management plan (COSWP) as required by AB2296. <br />Since your Division is the responsible agency for the COSWMP, <br />Environmental Health Division requests your recommendation on <br />whether the Austin Road Landfill revised permit is in compliance <br />with the COSWMP.
