Box 2009
Stockton CA 95201-2009
DETERMINATION OF FIRE PROTECTION ADEQUACY
JUN 0
PEW#;SERV HEALTH
Assistant Fire Marshal Curt Hambrick and I found the fire protection at the Austin Road Landfill
to be reasonable. There are enough land movers and sufficient mobile water to cut off and
extinguish or hold the majority of fires that may occur. If the fire is beyond their control,
sufficient fire fighting resources are nearby to assist in the extinguishment.
As with any fire protection estimate, we find the protection to be adequate for the majority of fire
emergencies that may occur. However, we cannot foresee the major problems that may occur
should a natural or man-made disaster happen.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 937-8315.
DOUGLAS C.
