Attached are <br />copies of the City's Resolution Approving the Master Plan and Adopting CEQA-Related <br />findings, and Certifying the final EIR. <br />The Final Design Study Report (Master Plan) included the initial Final Cover of the existing <br />landfill. <br />If you should have any questions regarding the attached data, I will be available to discuss <br />them with you.
