Permit Decision No. 93-85 Page 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds that all state and local <br /> requirements for the proposed permit have been met, including <br /> consistency with Board standards, conformance with the County <br /> Solid Waste Management Plan, consistency with the General Plan, <br /> and compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act; and <br /> WHEREAS, the most recent joint CIWMB/LEA inspection, <br /> conducted on June 25, 1993, documented that the site is currently <br /> operating in compliance with State Minimum Standards for Solid <br /> Waste Handling and Disposal, including standards for intermediate <br /> cover, litter control, grading of fill surfaces, liquid waste and <br /> leachate control. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the California <br /> Integrated Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance of <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permit No. 39-AA-0001 . <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> The undersigned Executive Director of the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board does hereby certify that the foregoing is <br /> a full, true, and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly <br /> adopted at a meeting of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board held on July 29, 1993 . <br /> Dated: <br /> Ralph E.
