Austin Road Landfill Expa ion Project <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT MITIGATION MEASURE LEVEL OF <br /> SIGNIFICANCE <br /> AFTER <br /> MITIGATION <br /> operation. <br /> (c) Provide the Collegeville Fire District <br /> with two sets of portable oxygen breathing <br /> apparatus, to allow firefighters to respond <br /> to emergency situations involving methane. <br /> (d) Provide plans for the project design <br /> and operational procedures relating to fire <br /> protection to the Board of the Collegeville <br /> Fire District for their review and comment <br /> on the fire-safety characteristics of the <br /> landfill design and operation. <br /> Modifications shall be made as necessary <br /> to meet fire-safety standards. <br /> (e) Monitor the rate of additional fire <br /> protection and emergency service calls per <br /> year associated with the proposed project. <br /> As warranted by the monitoring data, <br /> provide additional funding or equipment <br /> (funded by the project sponsor or San <br /> Joaquin County). <br /> D.
