Surface Water Monitoring Program <br /> Littlejohns Creek shall be sampled upstream of the landfill at background monitoring point <br /> SW-1, and downstream at monitoring point SW-2. Surface water samples are to be collected <br /> quarterly when water is present. Samples shall be collected from all stations and analyzed at <br /> the frequency and for the monitoring parameters specified in Table IV. <br /> Surface water monitoring reports shall be submitted with the corresponding quarterly ground <br /> water monitoring reports and shall include evaluation of potential impacts of the facility on <br /> surface water quality and compliance with the Water Quality Protection Standard. <br />
