(CASE NO. 2148) <br /> We have reviewed the Fourth Quarter 2000 and Annual 2000 Monitoring Report submitted on 14 <br /> February 2001 for the Austin Road Landfill. The enclosed Monitoring Report Compliance Checklists <br /> summarizes our comments on the report. The report was submitted late and leachate was not sampled as <br /> required by the Monitoring and Reporting Program. Leached should be sampled and the results reported <br /> in the first quarter 2001 monitoring report. Also, Forward Inc. should submit addendums to this report <br /> that address item numbers 2.b. and 2.i. in the checklist, which are required in the Standard Provision <br /> portion of your Waste Discharge Requirements.
