<br /> Financial Assurances Section staff reviewed the financial assurance mechanisms established by
<br /> Allied Waste Industries, Inc. for the referenced facilities. The following Certificates of
<br /> Insurance meet the requirements of Title 27, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 2,
<br /> Subdivision 1, Chapter 6, section 22248:
<br /> ➢ Certificates of Insurance for Closure, Policy No. 4LY 000498, for Azusa, Sunshine Canyon,
<br /> Sunshine Extension, Forward, Keller Canyon, Borrego Springs, Otay, Ramona, and
<br /> Sycamore Landfills
<br /> ➢ Certificates of Insurance for Postclosure , Policy No. 4LY 000496, for Forward, Keller
<br /> Canyon, Borrego Springs, Otay, Ramona, and Sycamore
<br /> Enclosed are the original Frontier and Frontier Pacific bonds for the referenced landfills. Thank
