The purpose of the <br /> i plant,in part,is to identify the activities necessary to prepare the landfill for the winter season. <br /> The Disposal Site Inspection-Report prepared by the CIWMB dated December 10,1999 <br /> specified additional measures,which were also implemented as part of the site work. <br /> With the completion of the south perimeter drainage channel grading at the end of December <br /> 11999,it is Camp Dresser&?vicKee Inc.'s (CDM's`, opinion that the landfill is prepared for tile <br /> 1999-2000 rainy season. Site inspection and maintenance must continue throughout the rairr. <br /> season to ass-are that the condition of all the required stormwater control measures is adequate. <br /> (The Wet Weather Operations'Flan provides forms to guide the inspection of the landfill Ler <br /> ;igrufica.tt storm events.) <br /> The following sections identify those tasks completed in 1999 to bring the landfill into <br /> compliance with the Plan• <br /> Tata Deck Drainage <br /> t Cartwright Aerial Surveys Inc.performed an aerial topographic surrey of tt-�e land- or. <br /> September 7,1999.
