A <br /> copy of CIWMB staff s inspection report is enclosed for your records. A copy of this <br /> correspondence and the inspection report has also been forwarded to Lawrence Stefani, Landfill <br /> Operations Manager, of Austin Road/Forward Landfill. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 PRC, and with <br /> Title 27, California Code of Regulations (CCR),Division 2, Subdivision 1, Consolidated <br /> Regulations for Treatment, Storage,Processing, or Disposal of Solid Waste. <br /> During the inspection CIWMB staff noted the following: <br /> 1. There were no violations of Division 30 PRC. <br /> 2. There was on violation of Title 27 CCR: <br /> • Section 20919.5—Explosive Gases Control. <br /> As the San Joaquin County local enforcement agency,please continue to work with the operator <br /> to bring this facility into compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. <br /> Appropriate enforcement action should be taken by the local enforcement agency as necessary to <br /> ensure compliance.
