This submittal addresses the Work associated with Task 3"Prepare <br /> plans and specifications for installation of LPG control system and LpG operations <br /> plan." The attached report titled Austin Road Landfill,Landfill Gas Control System <br /> Design,dated August 1998,documents the design of the expanded gas recovery <br /> system at the site. <br /> The City has transmitted the report to Ogden Power Pacific,Inc.
