Additional evaluation of the <br /> existing gas extraction system is required to determine that sufficient system vacuum is available to <br /> install additional wells on the system. A high priority is to assure that existing off-site migration <br /> control along the western portion of the northern boundary is not compromised by the addition of <br /> the new extraction wells. <br /> IV. Implementation Plan <br /> Design of the Alternative 2 gas system expansion is currently underway. A technical memorandum <br /> documenting the system features;well spacing,well construction details,and header line sizing will <br /> be prepared prior to the development of construction plans and specifications. Input from the gas <br /> system operators,Ogden Power,will be obtained to facilitate system development.
