Cover Improvement The landfill's intermediate cover will be evaluated to ensure that it <br /> meets the one foot depth standard. Areas lacking sufficient intermediate cover will be <br /> brought up to the one foot standard. <br /> 3. Slope Compaction. The landfill's entire north slope will be recompacted. ' Also, other <br /> slopes that have had past erosion problems will be recompacted. <br /> 4. Hydro seeding. This Fall all of the landfill's side slopes will be hydro seeded to establish <br /> a vegetative cover. <br /> Please advise if this plan meets with your approval.
