The Plans comply with <br /> the closure regulations contained in Title 14, California Code of Regulations (14 <br /> CCR), Division 7, Chapter 3, Article 7.8 and Chapter 5, Articles 3.4 and 3.5, and <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> CIWMB staff determined that the Austin Road Landfill closure/postclosure fund <br /> (fund)meets the requirements set forth in 14 CCR, Sections 18282 and 18285. <br /> The fund balance was evaluated based on the closure and fifteen year postclosure <br /> maintenance estimates in the May 1995 Plans. Should the City secure an <br /> expansion permit, the City will be required to calculate future deposits based on <br /> the new estimates. <br />
