Enclosed are: a revised <br /> RDSI Table of Contents, a revised Table 1 (Landfill Areas), a revised RDSI matrix, a new <br /> Appendix T(drawing and legal description of proposed permitted boundary), and a revised <br /> Site Operations Contingency Plan (providing updated emergency contact information). <br /> The specific RDSI amendments are described in detail below. <br /> 1. Deletion of Leachate Facility from Figure 1. Figure 1 currently shows a leachate <br /> storage facility in the southwest corner of the borrow area. We have deleted this <br /> facility from Figure 1. As shown in Drawing P1, Final Grading Plan, leachate will be <br /> stored in a tank located at the southwest corner of the expanded landfill. <br /> 2. Deletion of Reference to Ancillary Facilities. We have deleted the reference to <br /> ancillary facilities in Section I.B.-SITE LOCATION of the RDSI matrix. <br /> 3. Zoning, Annexation, and Revision of. Permitted Area. We have revised Section <br /> I.C.-SITE PLAN DESCRIPTION of the RDSI matrix as follows: <br /> • The existing landfill and proposed expansion areas are now zoned Public <br /> Lands (P-L) and within the City of Stockton. <br /> • The total permitted acreage has been changed from 405 acres to 299 acres. <br /> T-,%WPWINISOLIDWS7WIKEIEXP-PRMrRDSI-REV.WPD <br /> 88STOCKTON...CALIFORNIAIS SUNRISE SEAPORT" <br />
