They verify that. quality control <br />parameters i 1acceptance limitsand falsoreview the analyticaldata for calculation <br />errors and inconsistencies. <br />10.3 Data Review Policy <br />The raw data review includes all documentation associated with the samples, including <br />chromatograms, instrument ran logs, digestion logs, and other instrunient printouts. <br />Upon approval by the analyst or supervisor, the analytical results for the run are <br />transferred to a results database for compiling other data for that sample. When all <br />results for a sample have been entered, an on screen report is generated for review and <br />validation by the supervisor. Upon approval by the supervisor sample reports are then <br />released for final hardcopy reporting, which is forwarded to the client. <br />Data review includes the following: <br />1) All data packages are reviewed by a second analyst or the supervisor. The QC batch <br />report and analytical run sheets (if applicable) must be signed by the reviewer. <br />2) All supervisors must review the data released for reporting. <br />3) Analysis reports are printed and again reviewed by the supervisor and lab director <br />and signed by each upon approval. <br />4) Quality Control reports are printed and are reviewed and signed by the quality <br />assurance director or officer. <br />in <br />
