RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> A. Brocchini Farms, Inc., Grantor, hereby grants to the City of Stockton, its agents, <br /> employees, and contractors, permission to enter upon the property described as San <br /> Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 181-160-07 for the purpose of conducting <br /> environmental studies, tests, groundwater sampling and surveys as required. A map of the <br /> subject parcel is attached as Exhibit "A." <br /> It is understood that the City of Stockton shall indemnify and hold Grantor harmless from <br /> any liability resulting from the use and occupancy of said property under this right of entry. <br /> It is further understood that the City of Stockton shall return the property to its original or <br /> better condition immediately after said entry has been made and said studies, tests, <br /> surveys and groundwater sampling have been completed. <br /> The City of Stockton shall make the results of any such tests and studies available to <br /> Grantor upon the City's receipt of final reports. Grantor understands and agrees that, if <br /> required, the City shall make the results of such tests and studies available to government <br /> or regulatory agency's upon their request. The right of the City of Stockton to enter and <br /> occupy said property shall commence on the date below and shall terminate in 60 days, <br /> or upon completion of said work, whichever occurs first. <br /> DATED:-//— �'1 � A.
