L. Except as specifically amended by the foregoing provisions, <br /> the September 7 , 1965 , Agreement as amended shall remain <br /> unchanged and in full force and effect. <br /> M. The following additional changes are hereby made to the <br /> September 7 , 1965 Agreement: <br /> The first "WHEREAS" clause on page 1 is changed to read <br /> as follows : <br /> "WHEREAS, OPERATOR desires to make the Sanitary <br /> Landfill available to COUNTY for the disposal of <br /> refuse; and" <br /> The first paragraph of Article I on page 2 of Agreement <br /> which refers to Refuse Service Areas is deleted. <br /> The first two sentences on page 7 which refer to Refuse <br /> Service Areas are deleted. <br /> The second full paragraph on page 7 is changed to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "The COUNTY and any other person or entity au- <br /> thorized by the COUNTY shall be permitted to dispose of <br /> refuse at the site. " <br /> The first two paragraphs of Article IV on page 9 are <br /> deleted. <br /> N. COUNTY shall determine and set the gate fees to be charged <br /> . at the site. <br /> 0. Except as specifically amended by the foregoing provisions, <br /> the Agreement as amended shall remain unchanged and in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> -10- <br />
