g- Appurtenant equipment shall include adequate <br /> fire-fighting equipment. The Eire-fighting equip- <br /> ment shall consist of at least one one thousand <br /> gallon tank truck or trailer and an additional storage <br /> tank with a capacity of at least 2,000 gallons of <br /> water. A well and pump capable of delivery of 250 <br /> gallons per minute of water may be used in lieu of the <br /> additional storage tank. All tanks and trailers shall <br /> be kept full of water at all times. <br /> All equipment shall be maintained in good operating con- <br /> dition at all times. <br /> Roads shall be maintained at all times in a condition <br /> readily negotiable by loaded collection vehicles. <br /> Suitable fencing and gates ,with locks shall be provided <br /> to restrict access to unauthorized personnel. The fencing <br /> shall be sufficient to prevent paper from being blown from <br /> the site. <br /> Employee facilities shall consist of a small weather proof <br /> room of at least 8 x 10 feet in area, provided with heat, <br /> lighting, toilet and hand washing facilities, safe drinking water <br /> and fly proof screening. <br /> A six-inch cover-layer of soil shall be placed on the <br /> final lift of refuse not later than the close of each working <br /> day and a cover-layer of soil compacted to a depth of two feet <br /> shall be placed on the final lift of refuse not later than one <br /> week after placement of refuse. All dumping ramps not in use ,. <br /> shall be covered with a six-inch cover-layer of soil <br /> ido salvage operations shall be permitted except as <br /> provided by this contract or as permitted by order of the <br /> Hoard of Supervisors. <br />
