presented represents a reasonably accurate statement of the income and expenses of the Operator, of the balance sheet and 'of the cross revenue of the Operator. The County Auditor- Controller shall specify the form and detail of the annual audit. ARTICLE V OPERATION BY OFERATOR AHD LEGAL LIABILITY Operator shall furnish all necessary equipment for the operation of the site and shall maintain such equipment in a sanitary condition at all times. Operator shall furnish all necessary labor in connection with the operation of the dump site. Operator shall appear and defend all actions against County arising out of the operation of the dump and shall indemnify and save County, its officers, employees and agents harmless of and from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of every kind and description resulting directly or indirectly arising out of, or in any way connected with the operation of the dump. Operator shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this contract public liability bodily injury insurance in an amount not less than $100,000.00 for injuries or death to any one person, and not less than $300,000.00 for injuries or death to more than one person, arising out of any one accident or occurrence; property damage liability insurance in an amount not less than $40,000.00; and Workmen's Compensation insurance covering all employees of Operator. Copies of such policies, or certificates evidencing such policies, shall be first approved , by the County Counsel of County and filed with the Board of Super- _ y_isors of_CoQ try.
