15 FIRE CONTROL <br /> Control of fire potential from operations shall include the <br /> following: <br /> ♦ inspection of incoming loads, <br /> ♦ placement and compaction of waste in tight cells as <br /> called out in Section 5, <br /> ♦ covering of waste daily with soil as called out in <br /> Section 6, and <br /> ♦ isolating smoldering waste from the rest of the waste <br /> cell and covering immediately with cover soil. <br /> In addition, the Linden-Peters Fire District may have requirements <br /> for the Operator to grade fire breaks around the fill area to <br /> remove vegetation. The CDPW will confer with the Fire District <br /> regarding measures required for fire control. The Operator shall <br /> follow the fire control measures of the Fire District as stipulated <br /> through the CDPW. <br /> 38 <br />
