r' <br /> TASK ORDER ONE <br /> SUPPLEMENT TO THE AGREEMENT TITLED 00AGREEMENT FOR WASTE OIL <br /> COLLECTION SERVICES AT VARIOUS SITES WITHIN SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY10 <br /> ALL SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS) <br /> This TASK ORDER ONE is for additional services to be performed <br /> by BAGLEY EQUIPMENT COMPANY (CONTRACTOR) under the Agreement <br /> titled 00Agreement for Waste Oil Collection Services At Various <br /> Sites Within San Joaquin County, 01 February 14, 1995 (AGREEMENT) <br /> between San Joaquin County (COUNTY) and CONTRACTOR. All terms <br /> and conditions of AGREEMENT apply for this TASK ORDER ONE. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> CONTRACTOR shall initially design, furnish, and install a waste <br /> oil collection sites at various locations in San Joaquin County <br /> prior to June 30, 1995. All work for Task A, B, and C of this <br /> TASK ORDER ONE shall be performed in accordance with AGREEMENT <br /> and the attached proposal (PROPOSAL) . All work in PROPOSAL is <br /> authorized by this TASK ORDER ONE. <br /> TASK A - Montezuma Fire District Station 18-1, <br /> 2405 South B Street, Stockton, CA <br /> TASK B - French Camp Fire District, Station #1, <br /> 310 French Camp Road, French Camp, CA <br /> TASK C - Tracy General Motors Corporation, <br /> 2450 Toste Road, Tracy, CA <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> CONTRACTOR shall perform all work described in SCOPE OF WORK TASK <br /> A, B, and C above for the lump sum amounts specified below. <br /> Compensation shall be paid in accordance with Section III of <br /> AGREEMENT and the attached PROPOSAL. <br /> TASK A - $10, 665.99 . <br /> TASK B - $ 8,245.82 . <br /> TASK C - $ 10, 119. 00. <br /> IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this TASK <br /> ORDER ONE to be executed on , 1995. <br /> COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br />
