The GCL specimens were hydrated for 24 hrs under 100 psf,loaded into the test specimen for 2 hours under normal stress and then sheared. <br /> 4. The initial water content of the GCL was 24.8%and final water contents were:pt.t: 104.79%,pt.2:99.56%,pt.3.82.58%. <br /> 5.
