E. Geonet Manufacturer: The party responsible for the production of the geonet rolls <br /> from resin and for the quality control of the resin. <br /> F. Geocomposite Subsurface: The surface on which the Geocomposite lies. <br /> G. GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR: The party responsible for field handling, <br /> transporting,storing,deploying,seaming,temporarily restraining(against wind),and <br /> installing the Geocomposite. <br /> 1.4 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Product Data: Submit the following to the QA/QC CONSULTANT. <br /> 1. Resin Data. <br /> a. Statement of production date or dates. <br /> b. Certification stating that the resin meets the product requirements(see <br /> Paragraph 2.3). <br /> C. Certification stating that all resin used in production of the geonet are <br /> of the same type. <br /> d. Copy of quality control certificates issued by manufacturer. <br /> e. Test reports from manufacturer. <br /> 2. Geocomposite Rolls. <br /> a. Statement of production date or dates,and manufacturers certificates <br /> for each day's production. <br /> b. Laboratory test results and certification stating that the Geocomposite <br /> meets the specified product requirements. <br /> C. Certification stating that all geonet rolls are furnished by one supplier, <br /> and that all rolls are manufactured from one resin type obtained from <br /> one resin supplier. <br /> d. Copy of quality control certificates issued by manufacturer and <br /> including designation of test methods used. Also include roll <br /> numbers, batch numbers, lot numbers, and roll identification. <br /> e. Test reports from the manufacturer. <br /> 1.5 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> A. GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR: Must have successfully installed a minimum <br /> of 1,000,000 square feet of geocomposite with documented references. <br /> 1.6 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. The QA/QC CONSULTANT shall monitor the quality of the geocomposite in <br /> accordance with the CQA Manual. <br /> 1.7 DELIVERY, STORAGE,AND HANDLING <br /> A.
