The relocation of the electronics
recycling area will be the only change at the facility and will not affect any other aspect of the facility
operation. The change will allow the facility to operate at a higher level of efficiency.
The EHD finds that the proposed change is exempt from the requirements of California Environmental
Quality Act(CEQA), is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Transfer/Processing Facilities
and does not conflict with the terms and conditions of the SWFP. The EHD approved the amendment on
May 18,2007.
Where a copy of the application can be reviewed
A copy of the approved application for the TPR amendment is available for public review by appointment
at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department offices located at 600 E Main St, Stockton,
CA 95202.
LEA contact information
If you have any questions after reviewing the above information or would like to schedule an appointment
to review the TPR amendment, please contact Robert McClellon at(209)468-0332 or
rmcclellon@sjcehd.com.
Appeals Process Information
For information about the appeals process to challenge the Environmental Health Department's approval
• of the TPR amendment, please contact Robert McClellon at(209)468-0332 or rmcclellon@sicehd.com.
•
