Excavation plans include the earthwork slopes and base grades, liner
limits, LCRS systems, perimeter berms, haul ramps, drainage ditches and storm _water
basins, and locations of ancillary facilities. The stockpile plans will show the location and
grading contours for temporary placement of the surplus soils excavated from the
modules i, f any.
It is the County's intent to excavate the next module's base while obtaining cover soil for
the active module. This will minimize the soil stockpiled. However, any soil removed in
the preparation of a module may be stockpiled where convenient for future use. This will
allow close access for retrieval of daily and intermediate cover soil from the stockpiles.
NeaF the elssuFe of #1}site of landfill development The County mastock ile pad
ecGsoil for is use in final cover.
