Communications at the site are conducted with the use of two way radies and ell <br />phones. Hard- wired phones are located in the scale house. -The site foreman is <br />56.1.9 Lighting <br />Lighting is provided to both on-site residences, the maintenance building, the on-site <br />water well, lunchroom trailer, ssalehousescale house, aftd-at the leachate holding tank <br />and within the LFG flare station. <br />During ogeratina hours in the winter, when liaht is limited at the beainnina and end of the <br />day in the winter, lighting is provided Night filling epeFations do not GGGUF on the site; <br />therefore there are no lights in the foil aFea by lights on the equipment and by the <br />headlamps of site vehicles arranged to illuminate the work area.
