The organizational chain of command (DIES) consists of the following (4st <br />current as of May -4-7; 2010): <br />5.°.'a- A Owner: <br />San Joaquin County <br />;Administered by: the -Department of Public Works, Solid Waste <br />Division integFated Selid Waste ManageF. <br />The County manages and enforces the contract for the operation <br />of the landfill. <br />The County also provides engineering guidance, including final <br />grading plans for individual Modules, and environmental <br />monitoring and reporting.
