The <br />flare station and leachate tank are fenced to prevent unauthorized access. <br />6.1.5 Sanitary Facilities <br />Permanent restrooms are located in both the on-site residences. Wastewater from <br />the permanent restrooms is discharged into on-site septic fields located near each <br />residence. <br />At least one portable toilet is located on-site for use by employees, contractors, and <br />the general public. This toilet is serviced by a private contractor. <br />6.1.6 Potable Water Supply <br />The on-site water well (LW -1) supplies potable water to the residences as well as <br />water for dust control and other site use (Figure 2). Bottled water is supplied to the <br />scale house. Additional bottles of water are located outside of the scale house for <br />use by the site employees and the general public. <br />6.1.7 Communications and Early Warning Systems <br />Communications at the site are conducted with cell phones. Hard- wired phones <br />are located in the scale house. <br />6.1.8 Lighting <br />Lighting is provided to both on-site residences, the maintenance building, the on-site <br />water well, lunchroom trailer, scale house, at the leachate holding tank and within <br />the LFG flare station. During operating hours when light is limited at the beginning <br />and end of the day in the winter, lighting is provided by lights on the equipment and <br />by the headlamps of site vehicles arranged to illuminate the work area.
