® a) The LEA will be notified by telephone or via email regarding the detection of excessive <br />LFG concentrations. <br />b) A note about the excessive LFG detection will be placed on the perimeter monitoring <br />log book. <br />c) A letter will be mailed to the LEA within seven (7) days after detection with the <br />following information: <br />• A brief description about problem and the extent. <br />• Monitoring results. <br />• Description about the site's LFG collection and control system adjustment to mitigate <br />LFG migration around the problem area of the site. <br />d) The non compliance LFG migration monitoring well will be monitored again after one <br />week. If the results indicate the well is in compliance, then the LEA will be notified. If <br />® the monitoring results do not indicate the well is in full compliance, then a remediation <br />plan about increasing the LFG collection in the vicinity of the non compliant well will be <br />submitted to the LEA. <br />7.13. Groundwater Monitoring <br />Groundwater is monitored at four groundwater monitoring wells in accordance with WDRs Order <br />No. R5-2003-0020. Monitoring wells include one upgradient well (MW -4), one downgradient <br />well (MW -5), and two cross -gradient wells (MW -1 and 3, see Figure 12).
