This sample was tested for percent calcium carbonate. <br />Testing performed per Turf Diagnostics in-house SOP, which is based on <br />the procedures found in Methods of Soil Analysis — Part 3, p. 455 — 456. <br />Calcium carbonate content is determined based upon the solubility of calcium <br />carbonate in dilute hydrochloric acid. <br />The Kerlinger 5/16 x 8 sample was determined to be 1.3% calcium <br />carbonate by weight. <br />If you have any questions or are in need of further assistance, please call. <br />Samples are generally kept on the premises for 45 days after report date.
