Certification, will be submitted by the generator as proof of the accuracy of the <br />information summarized in Sections E, F, and G of the CSDF. Copies of the relevant reports <br />containing State -certified laboratory certificates of the analytical results summarized in Sections <br />E, F, and G must also be submitted by the generator to Forward. Certification of the data in the <br />CSDF by a registered geologist, professional engineer, or engineering geologist is required in <br />order for Forward to process the form. <br />5.4 Con ted Soil Acceptance Decision Procedure <br />Forward will determine whether the contaminated soil described in the Waste Characterization <br />' Form and the Contaminated soil Description form meets all of the requirements specified in this <br />program. The criteria to be used by Forward are as follows: <br />J <br />0 <br />n <br />0 <br />11 <br />P, <br />The application of these criteria is shown in the decision tree in Figure 4. Based on this <br />evaluation process, Forward will classify the contaminated soil as to soil type, as discussed in <br />Section 3.
