Guinn placed a 3' <br /> extension onto the 6"LCRS pipe running from the west towards the east so the pipe would lay in the bottom <br /> of the V ditch on the eastern edge of the cell. Guinn reconnected the 6"LCRS pipe tying into cell WMU D- <br /> 98 in the eastern V channel. Guinn excavated and backfilled the anchor trench across the southern roadway. <br /> Guinn excavated the anchor trench on the southern bench in the southwest comer of cell WMU D-99. <br /> GSE completed deployment of the geocomposite from the southern slope of cell WMU D-99 down to the <br /> cell floor. A total of 11 panels were placed with approximately 7.592.5ft2. GSE cleaned up the site of <br /> garbage. GSE pulled back and placed the liner in anchor trenches as Guinn excavated thein. GSE left the site <br /> today. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc.CQA observed placement,over lap,tying and sewing of the geocomposite. CQA <br /> observed placement of operations material.
