The daily cover is obtained
from onsite stockpiles or excavations (see Base Grading Plan, Drawing 3), or
recovered from on-site alternative daily cover operations (such as treated soil
and low-contaminant-level,untrea il). The daily cover soil placement
satisfies the regulatory cover requirements for the control of vectors;odor, fire,
water infiltration and erosion, and for preventing unsightliness.
