In order to process a request for the disposal of <br /> treated wood waste, one or more of the'following must"be submitted: <br /> • Analytical results from a state-certified laboratory for: <br /> (a) Fish Bioassay <br /> (b) Pentachlorophenol (TCLP) <br /> (c) o-Cresol, m-Cresol, p-Cresol (TCLP) <br /> (d) Arsenic, total and soluble (if applicable) <br /> (e) Any other applicable metals, total and soluble <br /> • Laboratory Chain-of-Custody forms. <br /> • A fully completed waste characterization form, signed by the generator. <br /> Acceptable treated wood wastes are disposed in the landfill in the same manner as <br /> other commercial wastes. No salvaging or recovery of treated wood waste is <br /> permitted.
