MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br />FOR CITY OF STOCKTON <br />AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL FACILITY <br />CLASS III LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />3. Monitoring Points - <br />Monitoring Points (including background) for corrective action monitoring and evaluation <br />monitoring shaft be those listed in this Monitoring and Reporting Program and shown on <br />Attachment B. <br />4. Points Of Compliance <br />-14- <br />The Points Of Compliance shall be those fisted <br />shown on Attachment B. in this Monitoring and Reporting program�and <br />Downgradient shallow point of compliance wells: <br />Downgradient deep point of compliance wells: MW -1 and MW -4 <br />Downgradient Of extraction wells: MW -6 and MW -7 <br />EW -1 and EW -,2 <br />5. Compliance Period <br />The Compliance period is the number -of years equal, to the active e of the -MS F p <br />life <br />closure period. Each time thelus the <br />Water Quality Protection Standard is exceeded (i.e., a release <br />is discovered), the MSWLF be a Compliance Period on the date the Board directs the <br />Discharger to begin an Evaluation Monitoring Program. If the Discharger's Correctivo <br />Action <br />Program (CAP) has not achieved compliance with the,.
